Hi! I am Christina Weston Koon MS, RD, CSSD, LRD. With a decade of experience as a registered dietitian and sports dietitian, I am dedicated to helping athletes of all ages achieve their performance goals. Growing up I was a three sport varsity athlete and played Water Polo at Michigan State University. Now I am still a competitive athlete as 63kg Powerlifter. I have been a Director of Sports Nutrition at top D1 Institutions including University of Illinois, Oregon State University, and Clemson University. Whether you're a professional athlete or just starting out in your sport, I offer customized nutrition education and one-on-one counseling to optimize your athletic potential.

My approach focuses on fueling your body with the right nutrients to enhance your performance, promote recovery, and maintain overall health. I understand the unique nutritional needs of athletes and can provide guidance on pre- and post-workout nutrition, hydration, supplements, and more.
